there's only so much one can take...

hm, sigh, im quite worried bout my mum really... jst last week my aunt passed away with cancer. of course we are all sad and mourn over it, but at the same time its a relieve as shes been through a whole lot of pain and suffered enough. at least shes up in heaven with god rejoicing... sigh... well, wat i meant with worried bout my mum is tht im sure shes actually quite sad over it and show less of her emotions than wat she really feels inside.

but anyhow, i'll pray that all will be okay soon. long story short, at the same day my dad went back to msia... so thts why my mum shud be feeling quite bad... but i think it shudnt be too bad...

sigh... lotsa sad news in jst 1 day and its enough to make ur whole week a living hell!!! but hopefully thts all behind me now... erm, today i actually went to a church called calvary chapel york... its such a god sent bcos, i actually works with the pastor's daugther sarah in starbucks. and jst after a service, you get to learn how you can fit in with the people. like i said, you can learn alot about a church by jst getting to know the people.

i loved the service, it was beautiful and im quite certain i will be back as i can finally say, i found the right church! yay... its an absolute good news. it actually reminds me so much about fga. although, its a smaller version of fga, but the friendliness and warmth you feel from the members of the church is so similar and im glad i went for the service. pastor dave preached today and i thought he did an amazing job as his message is so clear and he makes sure you get all tht he was saying and it was quite powerful. i absolutely loves it! so yay for me...

anyway, im jst arent feeling too well, been off sick as well... went to the clinic today, doctor told me my legs has broken blood vessels... thts why i have this red spots all over my leg... first he said it could be meningitis which can kill... but at the same time, the spots been there for a week or so now, and ive not got any other symptoms so it shudnt be too serious.

i have to go to the doctor's again next week to get it checked out. lets jst hope theres no really bad news aye. but he was quite certain tht it shud be a virule infection. scary-nya. so you guys please do pray for me. i hope all is ok and tht i will be fine. anyway, i shud go now... needs a very long and hot shower...

oh speaking of hot! im certain its spring now! yay yay! the weather's like 17-19degrees... quite hot really and sunny... so the weather has been absolutely gorgeous. im gladd tht winter the horrible season is gone now. lol.

been busy

sorry ive been away for ages now... cos lotsa things has happened and i dont even know where to start! well, most of them things are not good news so i also dunno wat to say... i cant say too much as its quite personal... but all i can say its huge! in a bad way...

anyhow, we always do wat we've got to do to get thru life dont we?

anyway, im gonna be shiftin house as well, but where to or whom with is yet to find out and its not lookin good... sigh...

hope all will be over soon... or i will need to escape sumwhere!

sick + snowing!

okay... ive been quick sick for the last few days really... first i had flu, cough and sore throat... then sumhow tummy ache kicks in and jst for one day i was fine liao... but the flu, cough and sore throat lingers on and on and on!!! grr... i hate it, especially in such a cold weather its even harder to recover!

but anyway im much better now! wee, its snowing!!! jst when im walkin home from bus stop... it suddenly snowed really heavily and i was covered in snow! yay!!! its so fun to finally see snow... but erm, dont like the coldness laa... its like 1-2 degrees today which is the coldest this year that ive felt laa... errm, snow in march it is kinda odd ya know... nerh... was thinking winter is over and spring finally kicks in... but apparently NOTTTT... so have to bear with the cold weather alil longer lor...

and then, work has been fun not too bad... interesting to chat with the existing workmates... all very nice and chatty... crazy alil as well, which makes the work place worth while... nothin much happened this week or so really... bsides the anticipation for snow this week and tht i was sick for the last and classes and work!!! which is good as im keeping meself busy...

anyway, will post a few pics when im free in abit... jst have to settle down, eat sumthin as i jst reached home...

owh not to forget... ive been trying to land a job with this agency call reed accountancy. theyve been fantastic especially kate my sorta advisor person. shes been trying to get me a job - part time sumthin tht i can do accounts wise twice a week. in fact she did get me one but i cant do it cos i have classes on mondays and monday is a must for the employer.

so its a sad news for me but hey tht lets me know tht she is indeed helping me to get a job... but anyhow, she asked me to come by round mid may bfore my exams, so tht she can find me a job tht i can do during this coming summer which i m so lookin forward towards! i hope its gonna happen for me as im gonna finish studying soon and getting experience now for a job in the future is really important... i still wanna stay here for a few more years laa... so many more things i wanna do here! hehe...

bored in college

hello... i m jst on my lunch break now in college... too bored so i thot i take the opportunity to blog alil... hm, im quite tired really... i was out in town whole day yday... literally whole day man... i was in town from 1pm-11pm... long day yday and i did so much yday...

first i went out to town with gaz, he needed to shop for stuff that i might say he knew he din really need anyway... haha, so i can say he is more vain than i am laa... im not tht bad after all... sigh, its interesting really to see that spending 60pounds for a levis jeans is ok for him... otherwise for me i think its super expensive wei... i wouldnt spend tht much...

anyway, we left at 4pm or rather he left me at 4pm and i had a workshop with future prospects tht starts at 5.30pm. the question is to go home or not to go home... i have 1 1/2hrs for me to walk home and walk back out and leave me about 45mins at home. i figured its so not worth the energy so i stayed in town by meself in starbucks! haha... the place tht im working... and had a coffee there... for the first time really... by meself that is...

anyway, then i went for the workshop... i met a few more interesting people really... and an old friend from vue... anyway, the workshop covered things like confidence boasting, and positive attitude sessions and also cv and cover letter writing skills. now tht i went for it, i jst realized my cv bfore was so longwinded tht i myself wont read it! haha... so i shall say mine is way easier to read now i suppose... haha...

there i met nicolai, and limor... nicolai a writer and limor is like a social worker... shes gonna help me with cv writing soon. shes helping younger teens round the age of 16-20 to find jobs jst like how future prospects does. so its quite interesting night...

then, tim text me to join them in pub quiz night in golden lion. it was really fun actually. they give u 24 logos for u to fill in, logos like disney, hsbc, coke, pizza hut, and the one tht i guessed was nestle! haha... then, they go to questions where u have to answer really tough crappy questions... blueh... thinks like how many players in handball! or which jamaican artist did massive attack colaborate with. at the end of the night, i answered none... and the rest evryone answered... the one i shudve answered was which acid is in car battery... i answered hcl! its supposed to be sulphuric. wat was i thinking? and i call myself chemistry student! haha...

sigh all in all, i spent the whole day in town and im drop dead tired now in class... but im trying my very best to stay alert! gosh i hope i will survive the rest of the day! and tmw tmw tmw!!! i have to get up at 6am tmw cos im starting work in starbucks... properly starting with uniform and starting to do tills, bar and caffe... woohoo... wish me luck and tht i dont embarass myself!!! haha... erm, still not sure how i m gonna take pics of the nice starbucks without looking im vain or sumthin... hehe...

first day at starbucks...

well, i promise that i will get some pics for my blog the next time im at work at starbucks so that you guys can feel how excited and how i feel at work in starbucks. but anyway, ive finally started my induction and certain health and safety procedures and stuff today. it was all writing and filling in forms and stuff... so really, not much to say on that...

bsides that ive met a few more staff in starbucks people like carly, jenny, grotti and jen. quite excited to get to know them more and work with them. my very first shift or training on caffe, bar or tills will be on this coming saturday and sunday... meaning i have to get up bright and early!!! gonna be even more earlier than i go to college... work starts at 7am so prolly getting up at 6am? well, a morning person i will be then huh... haha...

bsides that ive got a good news too... i have been attending certain workshops and getting help from this awesome place call future prospects. they are so great that they've been trying to get me placements and internship for accountancy. so im so grateful for that. i might have mentioned about them in my previous posts about ppl ive met like hargreaves and liz. and i m looking forward to an induction im havin with them tmw to get to know more people and socialize.

today in class i damn sien man... quite tired as well... trying my best not to fall asleep and stay awake as tho im very alert in class... darn funny man... hehe...

Good news...

Yay!!! finally im out of the dark cave and into the sunlight again! woohoo... hehe... erm, i m so excited!!! finally ive got a job! yay! erm, as a barista in starbucks... free coffee!!! here i come... haha... bsides tht... im really tired today reallly...

when, out to town yday after a 6 long hrs of classes excluding travelling time give or take 1-2 hrs... then i was in town from 7pm-12am!!! then, the next day i woke up at 7am for class again... no wonder i feel so tired now laa!!! sigh... erm, got in touch with an old friend today... called her during my lunch break in college today and chatted for a whole long 35mins!!! ahaha...

gossipping again laa... wat else? erm, i think evryone in class was so annoyed with me tht the fact i was talkin on the phone so loudly... deng deng deng... i dont care really... hehe...

erm, wat so tiring about today? hm not enough sleep... long hrs of train right home and to college... then, i had to walk home cos no one free to fetch me... then, headache... haha... but it was well worth it... night out with almost 20 ppl yday and it was so fun!!! evrywhere we go we were bringing the crowd in... hehe...

yay!!! i m goin to starbucks tomorrow to settle the document stuff and then im starting work again!!! woohoo...

The Number 23

ok so i went to watch a film today when i have a long day of class tmw and the day after... but anyway im quite tired now and gonna go bed soon... but i suddenly got obsessed with the number 23 from the movie the number 23... see, the film is starring jim carrey in a thriller film which i find he did so much better than in comedy... but anyway, the film sorta about this book tht he's been reading with the title the number 23...

then, the freaky thing happened... which he realizes the book written was sorta based on his life on how the number 23 keeps coming up in evrything he sees... thts quite a good twist at the end of the film which is quite predictable... but anyhow was quite okok... anyway, throughout the whole film i was obsessed with the number 23 and relate it to me!

haha guess wat i found out... im 23 years old this year... my bday is 4/7/84 which if u add it 4+7+8+4=23... thts not all... i live in a house with the number 23, my name ethan which is 5,20,8,1,14 = 5+20-8+1+1+4=23, then jin is 10,9,14=(10+9+1)/4=5=2+3+23... thts not all the spooky thing... my mobile number 071956=0-7+19+5+6=23, and my new mobile number is 888041=(88+8)/4-1=23... then one last one, my ic number in msia is 5073=(5x3)-3=32 which the reflective number is 23... spookyyyyyy or what...
